Like a boss(Hope)

Reno sat back in his seat and sighed. He listened to the ringing of the morning class bell, and watched as a small group of well trained ninja joined him in the room. Of course having won the rank of apprentice by defeating his other companions in battle he was able to escape the bellowing commoness of the lower ranks. Now that he was the apprentice he was given the choice of choosing where to sit in class, but after the day he'd accidently stumbled and locked lips with his lady he made sure to stick in the back of the classroom. Of course the two would always come together, he dreaded confronting her about the accidental kiss. When approached by another more elder ninja who'd been his last to defeat to gain a title of apprentice he noticed a glint of jealousy in his eyes. Reno had been called a stealth prodigy since day one, and now it was inky proving true.

Lady Hope made her way into the classroom as the bell sounds, setting some stuff on her desk as she turns to face the class. "Good morning." She says casually as she starts to look through some stuff, turning around as she hears a pair of her students starting a fight. She sighs lightly as she looks to see who it is, shaking her head a bit as she attmpts to break up the fight.

Reno had been sitting, avoiding the awkward face to face contact with lady Hope that might come if they looked up at one another. He'd allowed himself the luxury of taking a small nap while he waited for the session to begin, but the banging of desk had awoken him to see two of his inferiors fighting and slamming one another around the room, then lady Hope who stepped in to end it all. However Reno found himself quickly on top of lady Hope, shielding her from what she could not see. One of the other students looking to break up the fight through a dagger between the two, but lady Hope was now in it's path. Having tackled her to the ground a noticable wince can be seen from only Hipe's eyes as the dagger entered his shoulder and blood trickled out."You okay?"

Hope had seen the dagger coming and went to avoid it only to find herself being tackled to the ground. She looks up to see Reno on her and bleeding, sighing a bit as it seems that her apprentice always found ways to appear intimate with her. "I'm fine, Reno. You on the other hand are bleeding." She smiles a bit and shifts to get up, offering to help him up once she had subdued anyone involved. "Sorry, should get you to the medical building." She waves her hand and gestures for him to follow her. "Classes shall be postponed for two hours." She says as she leaves the room.

Reno hadn't said a word, but merely pulled the dagger from his arm and handed it back to it's owner. He hadn't been looking forward to walking with her to thr infirmary, knowing that what happened with that kiss would probably explode from either's mouth."I'm fine. You don't have to stop class for a small injury." He didn't look at her, but kept his eyes forward as they walked down the hall.

"Nonsense." She says with a light smile, having decided to not bring up the clearly accidental kiss. "My apprentice is injured and thus precautions must be taken." She glances over at him and notes that he didn't even so much as glance, curious of his demeanor. She looks away as she leads him from the Stealth building.

Reno stops as they exit the stealth building. His handmoved to her'e and pulled her back so the two were facing. Their bodies were touch, and their lips not but maybe an inch apart. Ever since the kiss, each move he made ended with their bodies touching and rubbing against one another."Idint think we should continue unless we settle this matter." Reno didn't mind the fact that he was losing blood. He was only thinking about that kiss and her for the moment.

Hope is surprised as his hand grabs her and turns her to face him, thier bodies dangerously close. "What matter would that be?" She asks curiously, refraining from letting her usual smile touch her features. "I do believe you are still bleeding and need attention, we may talk afterwards."

"I see.." Reno nodded and walked ahead of her. He didn't want to play her game of 'I don't know whater your talking about', not wanting to spill much blood voer the small wound."Never mind what I said my lady." His tone was normal and uncaring again.

Hope hadn't wanted to bring up the incidents since she knew they were accidental and didn't know why he had wanted to talk them over. She follows behind him, still slightly curious about him. It had been 300 years that she had known him and she still didn't even fully comprehend his attitude or his behavior, her eyes dart around the ground as she thinks.
